For example, you may set your corporate email to forward automatically to yourname@KPWebMail. Then, by setting the "reply to" address in your email software to your corporate email address, you can read and respond to all your emails, internal and external, as if you were sitting in the office.

Alternatively, you could leave your KPWebMail "reply to" address alone and rely exclusively on your webmail account for all your email needs while using your corporate email account to just "store and forward". As a rule the use of web-based email lightens the load on internal resources and contributes to improved system performance overall.

Who controls my email account?
KPWebMail email service gives you full control of your email account through your mail management features. Although we've handled the set up, maintenance and support for your email account, you have complete control over your account in terms of appearance, feature choices, creating aliases and general account settings.

KPWebMail email service integrates seamlessly with any existing Internet services. You can use your current Internet services to access your new email account through a Web browser.

Who will upgrade my email service as new versions become available?
Because KPWebMail email is Web-based, future improvements (such as audio, video and fax) and expanded features will be added to your account automatically over the Internet. The process is seamless, and does not require any time from you or from the IT department and no hardware or software upgrades to your PC.
